Typically associated with simple guacamole, avocados are a versatile fruit whose fat content lends itself well to a variety of other dishes besides the delicious staple of Mexican cuisine.
The creamy texture works as a stabilizer for savory pancakes, combining well with caramelized onions and garlic to make small cakes that do not require eggs.
Serve these for a treat during brunch or as a delicious side for a dinner. Create smaller pancakes and serve them with toothpicks for an appetizer.

Vegans dont generally use honey.
my bad joe! i have a couple of friends who are vegan and love their melaleuca honey. i’ll be sure to keep that in mind as i make more recipes. i would opt for using agave nectar instead then! thanks for the info 🙂
